Arab Immigration to Curitiba

The largest flow of Arab immigrants to Curitiba occurred after World War II. At that time 10% of Curitiba's population were composed by Arabs. They dedicated themselves mainly to the trade of clothing, shoes, fabrics and haberdashery.
The Arab Gastronomy is well apreciated in Brazil.
